About Me
Hi! I’m Kelsey Denhalter. I’m excited you’re here and I hope you find something that can help you thrive along your climb of life. I am a Certified ADHD Life Coach. I’ve been coaching for 3 years and I have a passion for helping others find a way to truly thrive in the environment and life and resources they’ve been given. I like many of my Clients have ADHD. I know first hand the ups and down that can be caused by a neuro-divergent brain. Life, to me, is an epic trail. I love mountain biking and have found great joy hearing the sound of rubber on dirt as I fly around curves surrounded by trees. I want to have the feeling in life. I know very well that the downhill comes after a great climb. My goal for myself as well as for you is that we can be there for each other through the climb so we can make it to the top and enjoy ride through all stages of life. Climbing and thriving.
Testimonials
“Kelsey’s coaching has made a huge difference in my life. Its great to have someone to think through and problem solve my adhd struggles with. I’m not great at mindfulness by myself yet, but I feel like our coaching meetings are like a guided mindfulness practice in many ways. I have been to therapy in the past which I felt was not very helpful. I know in some part of that had to do with where I was in life, but my coaching sessions have have helped so much and in more ways than just productivity. I’ve had some major break-throughs and realizations about some of my negative thought patterns that have made a big difference in my understanding of and compassion for myself. She has helped me come up with a plan for prioritizing and getting things done that, when I use it, I have really seen a difference in my day to day life. She’s also shown me many useful resources that I can turn to for more ideas or tools. I highly recommend Kelsey as a coach to anyone struggling with adhd or even those who aren’t as the methods would be beneficial universally.”
-Melissa
“Life is full of unpredictable chaos. Kelsey helped me realize I can focus on my strengths and not let my struggles define me. She helped me believe change and progress were possible. I have her to thank for teaching me how to find myself in each day and find a way through it.”

FAQ
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership with a coach and a client. I as your coach am not here to give you answers to your questions, but to ask you questions to better get to know your unique situation and how ADHD is showing up in your life. I teach you about how ADHD works so we can use that knowledge to come at your struggles from a different angle. Each session you bring a topic of something you want to see change around in your life.
What is your approach?
I use a strength based approach. We are going to focus first on what your strengths are and how you can come at problems with them instead of always focusing on improving your weaknesses. In our first session we talk a lot about your challenges, but also about what has worked for you and what you are really good at. Together we can get creative about how to use these strengths to your advantage.
What are the benefits?
Coaching helps you look at your challenges in a more curious, kind and creative way. You will also gain a clearer understanding of how ADHD affects your life so you can address problems from the cause more effectively. It builds self-confidence as you overcome obstacles and separate yourself from your ADHD.
What should I expect when starting coaching?
Expect it to be really hard at first. It didn’t take a day to create the habits you want to break; it’ll take just as long, most likely longer, to break a habit. We’re in the business of creating new neural pathways. If you compare your mind to a mountain trail, it takes a good deal of bush whacking before we’re able to easily pass through without a scratch.
What is ADHD?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a physiological difference in the brain. It is a deficiency of certain chemicals in the brain as well as inefficient structures to absorb those chemicals. Because the brain lacks these chemicals it makes it harder to perform the tasks they are used for. Some of these include: memory, motivation, time awareness, focus, finishing tasks, schedule management, organizing, planning, emotional regulation, hypersensitivity to distractions, or trouble staying present in a conversation.
